Junction craft brewery
ABOUT
Junction Craft Brewery was founded in 2011 and has since moved into its current home which is a Toronto heritage building. The building was originally used as an incinerator and then as a rave hall throughout the 1990's. The brewery has been completely renovated but still holds some of its charming century old qualities with exposed brick walls and visible large wooden support beams. Junction hosts many public and private events throughout the year and will often have food pop ups on site so that you can grab a quick bite. Junction has recently partnered with Woodhouse brewery which has allowed them to expand their offering to include Junction, Caribru and Woodhouse beers on tap and in their bottle shop.
BEERS
Here are some of our favourite beers that you will find at Junction Craft Brewery
- Conductors Craft Ale - 5.3%
-
This is Junctions original flagship beer. It is an American Pale Ale and English Ale hybrid. Complex in its hop character and well paired with anything grilled or fried
-
-
Woodhouse Nordic Pale Ale - 5.2%
-
This Pale Ale uses a Kviek yeast in fermentation which provides a slight farmhouse character with a burst of fruity esters.
-
-
Junction Hazy IPA - 6%
-
Using hops from Oregon's Willamette Valley this Hazy IPA is full of juicy fruit aromas and flavour such as strawberry, melon, citrus and stone fruit. Reminds us of our favourite juice growing up which was 5 Alive.
