ABOUT
Steam Whistle Brewery is located at the base of the CN tower at the historic Roundhouse. The Roundhouse was built in 1931 and was used by the Canadian Pacific Railway until 1986 at which point it was donated to the City of Toronto. Steam Whistle Brewery opened in 2000 and since then has become Canada's premium pilsner. Like Tim Hortons, and Canada Post mail boxes you can find them from coast to coast. They now have a biergarten which serves up typical Bavarian style fare to go along with your pint or stein! Steam Whistle is the perfect place to grab a pre game beer if you are headed to a Blue Jays game or just looking for somewhere to sit down and relax while you explore downtown Toronto.
BEERS
As their motto is "Do one thing really, really well" they only produce one beer which is their Steam Whistle Pilsner - 5% ​
- "Canada's Premium Pilsner" has been brewed from the same recipe for over 20 years. It has a light bready sweetness and a crisp hop finish.
